A Distributor is a person who has studied the Company track record, learn about the compensation plan and products, ask questions, meet with other Distributors informally, attended weekly business presentation, signs up for the products and services offered by the Company and then markets the products and services to a handful of loyal customers (smaller handful with ongoing service, larger handful for products). 2. Select products worth the product value (PV) of the amount you paid e.g. if you paid for Silver (N78,000) you will pick products worth of 120 PV. Your Upliner will assist you in the initial calculations on PV and products selection
3. Invite 3 others to join you as your direct downlines/legs, (i.e only 3 people can be placed under you as your direct down lines any subsequent person you sponsor will be layered under one of your legs
4. Encourage your down lines to invite others too, (i.e each of your down lines also has to invite 3 people individually to join them and so the tree grows from 3,9,27,81 etc). Alternatively, you can sponsor more people to assist your downline by layering them under your downlines. Of course this means more earning potentials for you in the compensation plan, all the points are accumulative to yours and you grow in Ranking
5. Be a Leader to your team members, train and teach them on how to duplicate themselves. Encourage them to read books on MLM and go online for necessary research
